Description     —Responsible for analyzing compensation data within an organization and evaluating job positions to determine classification and salary. Design, implement, and manage salary classification and compensation programs —Conduct analysis of compensation and benefits within company and determine appropriate base pay. —Budgeting and forecasting —Competitive analysis, merit increases and salary structure. —Develop job descriptions for various positions —Analyze surveys to ensure appropriate compensation across all departments. Forecast budget for salary increases. —Advise on salary increase requests.
Qualifications    •From 5 to 8 years of experience in the same position •Good experience in budgeting and forecasting •Good analytical skills •Fluency of English language •Preferable manufacturing background •HR Diploma is a must
