Forecast budget for salary increases. —Advise on salary increase requests.
Qualifications •From 5 to 8 years of experience in the same position •Good experience in budgeting and forecasting •Good analytical skills •Fluency of English language •Preferable manufacturing background •HR Diploma is a must
