Description As a junior administrative assistant, you are expected to administratively support the staff, under the supervision of the senior administrator. Your overall task is to ensure that office procedures run smoothly. Duties: maintaining the office systems, including data management and filing. meeting and greeting visitors dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of management. organizing and maintaining contact with community, donors, and members, liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff. assisting with promotional events, including event coordination and planning working with budget and marinating financial records. organizing and arranging appointments and meetings; preparing minutes for Board and committee meetings producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations; keeping an accurate file of the organizations achievements. carrying out background research and presenting findings; Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications •Fresh graduates or possessing a 2-3 years of experience. •Good organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail. •Exceptional customer service skills, ability to work with all types of people. •Excellent written and verbal skills. •Good general computer skills and be proficient in word processing and spreadsheet applications.
