Description     1. Manage the process of workforce planning and identifying staffing requirements in coordination with company departments to meet the goals and objectives of the company 2. Manage the process of conducting job analysis & developing/updating/documenting job descriptions in cooperation with the relevant line managers 3. Review & update training and development processes and procedures to ensure their alignment with the companys strategic goals 4. Establish & manage company recruitment activities including the selection, assessment, interviewing & recruitment of the required profiles 5. Design & manage the overall process of new employee orientation /induction during their probation period ensuring that all newly hired employees are aware of company policies and procedures 6. Lead & direct team members in the implementation of all recruitment activities along with managing their career progression and development 7. Manage the process of training and development needs for employees in all departments in cooperation with department heads 8. Ensure that the companys headcount is properly calculated and reflects all changes. 9. Oversee all internal and external audits & investigations/inspections 10. Monitor the effectiveness of existing compensation policies, guidelines & procedures 11. Manage the administration and implementation of all employee benefits programs such as retirement plans, medical insurance, life insurance etc
Qualifications     • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in the HR field. • 3-5 years of experience in Senior Supervisor/Manager position. • Excellent command of English language. • Excellent leadership skills. • Excellent communication and coaching skills. • HR Certificate is a plus.
