Description The ideal candidate will have hands on experience with the full suite of modules of Oracle HCM Applications. The candidate will be responsible for and engaged in all aspects of the delivery and presales of Oracle HCM related modules.
Qualifications • 3+ years of implementation experience of HCM implementation Using oracle or other HCM system. • Experience working with and understanding the business cycles related to HCM (e.g. Hiring and Payroll Processing) • Good knowledge in PL/SQL. • Ability to work with a technical team and be able to communicate and understand technical requirements. • Excellent Presentation, Communication and Documentation skills. • Willing to travel is a must. • Knowledge of Oracle implementation methodologies (AIM, AIM for Business Flows, and OUM) is a plus. • HR diploma is a plus
