Description 1. Responsible for day-to-day data entry to update vendor accounts & pay company bills. 2. Reviews & verifies invoices & their accompanying payment requests to ensure compliance to polices & procedures. 3. Prepares invoice batches & inputs in the accounts payable module of AXAPTA on daily basis. 4 Creates supplier records in AXAPTA. 5. Prepares Journal entries to record cost allocation 6. Coordinate monthly closing procedures. 7. Manage invoice documentation retention.
Qualifications 3-5 years relevant experience in a industrial field.ERP Experience (AXAPTA is preferred)
