Description —Provide customers - via direct interface, phone or e-mail with all information inquired by them. —Reserve tickets and align with time limits policies. —Receive and handle customers complaints and communicate with concerned related parties to maintain customer satisfaction. —Checking and authorize customers invoices, and cascade them to collection department. —Monitor and guide junior travel consultants performance —Coaching junior travel consultant through On-Job Training (OJT) —Present Blue Sky, in suppliers events and submit visit report. —Delegate managers in assigned tasks.
Qualifications Good Computer Skills. Excellent general information about touristic locations, capital of counties, etc... Excellent communication skills, excellent time management skills and excellent customer focus attitude. Good English Language Level (writing –understanding). Full familiarization with Amadeus system 5+ years of experience
